This Privacy Policy describes how Pin Locations ("we," "our," or "the App") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Pin Locations requests permission to access your device's location in order to:

	-Display your current position on the radar

	-Center the map around your location

	-Allow you to pin and save nearby locations

We access your location only while the app is in use, unless you have specifically granted "Always" location access for background features.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use location data solely to provide core app functionality to show your position on the radar and enabling you to pin nearby places. We do not use your location for advertising or sell it to third parties.

3. DATA SHARING

We do not sell your personal information.

	-The app does not access your phone number or your email.

	-The app does not access your photos, videos, or any of your personal files.

	-The app does not share your GPS latitude and longitude with any of your friends, your family or any third party.

	-The app does not disclose your location history to anyone.

	-Once you remove a pinned location from the radar, it is no longer stored by the app.

4. DATA STORAGE

Location and pin data are stored locally on your device.

5. YOUR CHOICES

You can enable or disable location access at any time through your device's Settings app (Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Pin Locations).

Disabling location access will limit the App's core functionality (radar and pinning nearby places will not work).

You can delete saved pins at any time within the app.

6. SECURITY

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Updated" date above.
